I found the hotel to be a great choice for a stay in New York. The rooms were very tiny but immaculate with excellent bathrooms and comfy beds. I stayed at this hotel for 4 nights and unfortunately had a very disappointing experience. The room wasn't cleaned even once despite my requests, and I even had a video of a cockroach in the room to prove it. However, the room itself was well-decorated with great amenities.
